I loved this piece soooo much, I just had to write a critique <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>

The first thing I noticed about this was the abundance of colour, while this gives the piece lots of impact, it's also quite obvious that you have just brushed in some bits on 'colour' mode (where the two left moons/planets edges are closest, some parts of big left moon/planet's shadow etc.), you could fix this by going over them in colour mode with the original colour to either fade or completely remove the parts I mentioned.

The exploding planet (if that's what it is) looks good, but it lacks depth perhaps you could move some parts out from the center and paint in some thickness to the crust.

I have to say, your gas giants look amazing, although you should maybe get rid of the atmospheric glow on the back of the right one, they are very well made, textured etc. but where the rings on the right one go behind the planet they aren't don't actually fit the planets shape and overlap onto it etc. (btw I'd get rid of that asteroid)

The moon next to this gas giant looks good, and is well placed, but the shadow really needs some work, I suggest smudging it in a way that is perpendicular to the light source (ie. away from the light source) and blurring it a tad.

The big left galaxy looks nice and detailed, if a little overbright, I can't think of a way to correct this without just painting more details in.

Now for the foreground planet, although it is a completely different colour to the rest of the picture, it fits surprisingly well, it's well detailed and the atomphere is very believable, so top marks there <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c…" width="20" height="20" alt="" title="Clap"/>

Well, I think I've nattered on for long enough now, so to summarize:
This is well made effective piece of space art with lots of impact and only a few, minor flaws, it has a good composition and a great, inciting colour scheme.

I'm looking forward to more works from you <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
